Here are some answers to your questions about how to return your Blakk Hair Extensions.

Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

We are pleased to help you with a return policy on any unopened hair extensions.  We find that we have extremely low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer.  However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been removed from the in lay card, worn or tampered with.
Do you have a Refund policy ?
If you are unhappy with Colour, length or thickness  or simply change your mind, we are happy to offer you a 100% store credit. We offer refunds for orders that are within the 14 days of delivery and that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. 
May I return and exchange my order?
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions in case you need another shade or product that have NOT been removed from the inlay card, worn or tampered with.

You may return your Blakk Hair Extensions  if they have not been removed from the cardboard inlay card and the packaging is in a saleable condition.  All of our hair extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken off the inlay card to which they are attached.

***For customers outside Australia, exchanges are not accepted.

Why are Blakk Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.  We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients, this is to reduce the risk of cross contamination and infestation issues.

What is the return period?

We will provide a refund or exchange on all hair extensions within 90 days of the date that you received your order. (so long as it follows our returns guidelines).

Do I have to pay for the postage of my return?

We happily swap any goods for an exchange back to you at our cost, usually on the same method of postage that was originally purchased but you are responsible for all return postage costs. 

** MUST keep proof of postage incase your return goes missing during delivery as Blakk Hair Extensions will not be responsible for lost returns.

 

How long does an exchange take?

We aim to deal with all returns within 48 hours of receiving them, this can vary at busy times. All exchanges are posted back to the customer the day of the return been dealt with.  We return exchanged goods back to the customer using the original postage method that was purchased.

How do I return my products for an exchange ?

You MUST return a copy of the original invoice along with the completed returns form to the following address - FAO: RETURNS, Blakk Hair Extensions Ltd, 483 South Road Bentleigh , Victoria 3204.
